1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bulkyshare (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

2. About Bulkyshare

Bulkyshare is a coordination platform. We connect users to form groups, organize market appointments, and create private/public shopping lists. We do not sell goods, set prices, collect card details, accept deposits, process payments, or hold funds. Any purchases are made directly between users and merchants outside of our Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. Accounts & Use

• Keep your account credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
• Use Bulkyshare to coordinate appointments and lists respectfully and lawfully.
• Do not misuse the Service (spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity).

5. Coordination Only — No Transactions

• We do not manage prices, payment methods, deposits, refunds, or delivery of goods.
• Any financial or purchase arrangements occur directly among users and merchants.
• We are not a party to transactions and have no responsibility for payment disputes.

6. Scheduling & Lists

• Users can create, join, and manage market appointments.
• Users can create private and public shopping lists and invite others to collaborate.
• Bulkyshare may send reminders/notifications related to appointments and lists.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant merchant quality, prices, availability, or outcomes of user-organized appointments or lists.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulkyshare is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of coordination features or from third‑party transactions conducted outside our Service.

9. Intellectual Property

Bulkyshare trademarks, logos, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
